DeluxeWin Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

1 Definitions

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings as defined below:

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the DeluxeWin platform in any way — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, or playing any game — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

3 Account Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the DeluxeWin platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Has never been banned or blocked by DeluxeWin previously.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or proxy for any third party.

DeluxeWin reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. False information provided during registration may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

4 User Account

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the DeluxeWin platform only. Creating more than one account — whether using the same or different information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions.

DeluxeWin reserves the right to require Users to complete the KYC verification process at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.

5 Deposits & Payments

DeluxeWin accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only, via approved Malaysian payment methods. All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account balance promptly.

Accepted Deposit Methods:

• You must use a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• DeluxeWin reserves the right to withhold withdrawals if a deposit is suspected to have been made using an unauthorised payment method.
• All deposits are final. No refunds will be issued for deposits that have been credited to a gaming account.

6 Withdrawals

Users may request a withdrawal from their account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal limit: RM 50 per request.
• Maximum withdrawal limit: RM 50,000 per day for standard accounts; VIP Diamond accounts are subject to higher limits.
• Processing time: 5 to 15 minutes for e-wallet methods; up to 24 hours for FPX bank transfers.

• The withdrawal method used must match the deposit method on record.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, promotions, and incentives offered by DeluxeWin are subject to the following general terms, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Each bonus comes with a validity period — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting. Expired bonuses will be removed automatically.
• Wager requirement must be met before winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn. This is calculated based on the bonus amount, not the winnings.
• Only one active deposit bonus may exist in an account at any given time.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash — they may only be withdrawn once the wager requirement has been met.

8 Game Rules

All games available on the DeluxeWin platform — including slots, baccarat, blackjack, roulette, sic bo, poker, and live matches — are subject to the following general rules:

• All games use independently audited random number generators (RNG) to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.
• The RTP (Return to Player) value for each game is publicly displayed within that game's information section.
• In the event of a technical failure, software error, or connection disruption during an active game round, DeluxeWin reserves the right to void or replay the round based on recorded server data.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on the User's screen and the data recorded on DeluxeWin's servers, the server record shall be final.
• The use of bots, automated software, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

9 Sports Betting

DeluxeWin's sports betting section covers the Malaysia Super League, EPL (English Premier League), badminton, e-sports, and a wide range of international sports. The specific terms for sports betting are as follows:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Users may not cancel a bet once it has been accepted by the system.
• DeluxeWin reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle bets at amended odds in the event of a material error in odds-setting, whether due to a technical fault or human error.
• Bets placed on a match whose outcome was already determined prior to the bet being accepted by the system will be voided and the stake returned.
• If a match is postponed, cancelled, or not concluded within the stipulated timeframe (typically 48 hours from the scheduled time), all bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Minimum bet: RM 5 per bet. Maximum bet: varies depending on match type and odds — displayed within the betting interface.

10 Prohibitions & Restrictions

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the DeluxeWin platform:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Using false information, a false identity, or forged documents during registration or KYC.
• Using bots, automated software, artificial intelligence, or any technological tool that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Engaging in bonus abuse — such as registering multiple accounts solely to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the DeluxeWin platform to conceal the origin of illicit funds.
• Selling, transferring, or distributing account access to any third party.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes (collusion).
• Exploiting any errors or bugs in the platform's software for unauthorised gain.

Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and referral to the relevant authorities where necessary.

11 Account Freezing & Closure

DeluxeWin reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any User account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicious activity that may involve fraud, money laundering, or abuse of the platform.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Upon request by a legal authority or regulatory body.
• User registered under the age of 18.
• The User voluntarily requests account closure through the self-exclusion tool.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, DeluxeWin shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, or special losses incurred by the User through the use of the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond DeluxeWin's control, such as internet outages, natural disasters, or cyberattacks.
• Actions or decisions made by the User based on inaccurate information resulting from a technical display error.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a User's account due to the User's own failure to safeguard their login credentials.

In all circumstances, DeluxeWin's maximum liability to any User is limited to the total amount deposited by that User within the 30 days preceding the claim.

13 Responsible Gambling

DeluxeWin is committed to responsible gambling and provides a range of tools to help Users manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits based on what you can afford.
• Session Time Limit: Limit your gaming session time to ensure gambling remains a form of entertainment.
• Cool-Off Period: Choose to temporarily restrict access to your account (1 day to 6 months).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account if you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your life.
